Oscar Ramos, Sr. Risk Management Consultant from ICW Group and Bridgette Rosson, Insurance Agent from Hoffman Brown Company, presented to MBK a coveted Excellence in Safety Award. This award recognizes MBK’s continued commitment to safety and maintaining a healthy environment for our employees.

At MBK, safety is a team effort. Employees and management are trained on safety and accident prevention. Our quality team continuously assesses risks of our operations. After identifying areas to improve, managers consult safety resources and train employees to correct unsafe conditions in a timely manner.

MBK has had an excellent loss history. In the past four years, the total frequency of losses has been trending downward, with only one reportable injury. We are proud of our safety record and will continue to strive to keep safe our most valuable asset, our employees!
